Delivering Strength, Durability and Maximum Profitability.
The Wabash Steel Flatbed is built to last. Heat-treated, 130ksi steel provides high strength and low trailer weight. In addition, the premium paint process ensures best-in class corrosion resistance and keeps your trailer looking good year after year.

Wabash Steel Flatbeds

More Flexibility. Longer Life.

With some of the highest floor ratings in the industry, this trailer design offers exceptional load flexibility. The main beam provides a stronger web-to-flange attachment for long-life performance, and potential corrosion is eliminated by welding the high-tensile steel at all flange-web joints. In addition, the “K”-type structural assembly reduces side bending and increases durability.

Less Maintenance. More Uptime.

The interlocking apitong floor system uses two grade-8 floor screws at each crossmember. This double-shear connection reduces racking and nailer damage, while the radius edges on the “C”-section siderail reduce winch strap wear. The steel rub rail with recessed grooves also protects conspicuity tape for longer-lasting performance.

Better Visibility.

The enhanced visibility lighting system includes three stop/tail/turn lamps and five dual-function side marker lights. These marker lights also serve as turn signals, improving motorist visibility and overall highway safety.

Superior Corrosion Resistance.

Every steel surface is 100% shot-blasted before priming and painting—eliminating the need for chemical pretreatments. From ultra high-zinc epoxy primer and galvanic coating to automotive-grade acrylic urethane paint, this trailer delivers unmatched corrosion resistance and higher resale value.
